Vodka
Internationally recognised and awarded, Critters Distillery Vodka is an exceptionally smooth spirit that can be best described as a whiskey drinker’s Vodka.
Brewed, fermented, and distilled in-house from a mash blend consisting of small-batch single-origin wheat malt and 100% cane sugar, the result is a clean and fresh finish.
Aromatic notes of wild Australian plums, citrus fruits with elements of peppercorn spice. Presented in a French 500ml decanter and wooden stopper, we enjoy this spirit neat on ice.
Made from 100% Australian raw ingredients, we provide full paddock to glass transparency without importing any ethanol into our distillery allowing us to leave our Vodka unfiltered. Each bottle is hand labelled and served at 40% abv.
Native Gin
A modern contemporary styled Gin that steps away from the traditional London dry.
Meticulously brewed, fermented, and distilled in-house from a mash blend consisting of small-batch single origin wheat malt and 100% cane sugar.
Using locally sourced endemic Australian species for our botanicals, such as Davidson Plum, Finger Lime, Lemon & Aniseed Myrtle, Rosella flower, and an organic Juniper, our Gin is light and floral whilst still maintaining a fresh juniper base.
Bluebottle Gin
The bluebottle jellyfish is the inspiration behind Critters Bluebottle Gin. The spirit gets its iridescent blue from butterfly pea flowers. Offering a much more pleasant ‘sting’, the Bluebottle Gin is crisp and dry, made with organic juniper, cassia bark, licorice root, and fresh citrus peel.
Tasting Notes: Juniper forward with lemon citrus and delicate cinnamon spices that finish with sweet vanilla notes.

Signature Rum
Crafted with precision and patience on the coast of Woolgoolga, our Signature Rum is the heart of Critters Distillery’s craft. Brewed from local Australian molasses with our in-house dunder, Critters Rum has been aged an average of three years in a blend of virgin American oak, ex-rye, and PX sherry barrels. This small-batch rum is smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced. Expect warm notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of spice, finished with a silky, lingering sweetness.
Whether you’re sipping it neat, pouring it over ice, or building your favourite cocktail, our Signature Rum brings character to every drop.

Single Cask Rum
Drawn from a single, 30-year-old ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, this limited-release rum is the pinnacle of Critters Distillery’s craftsmanship. Made from local Australian molasses and aged with care in our coastal Woolgoolga distillery, this rum embodies depth, richness, and refined complexity.
Each bottle captures the essence of its cask—deep notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, sticky toffee, and rich oak, with a lingering warmth and velvety finish that speaks to the sherry-soaked wood it matured in. No blending, no compromise—just one exceptional cask, bottled at its peak.
This is a rum to savour slowly. A collector’s pour. A spirit for those who appreciate the rare and remarkable.

White Cane Spirit
Brewed from molasses sourced directly from Australia’s oldest continually operating sugar mill, Critters White Cane is a fresh take on a traditional Jamaican style un-aged rum.
Tasting Notes: Delicate notes of pineapple, tropical fruits & sugarcane.

Coffee Liqueur
Artisti Coffee Roasters blend of 4 origins, ethically sourced from the best coffee farms around the world. Each coffee bean is roasted to a specific profile to bring out the best notes. Cold brewed through a unique process. Sweetened with organic vanilla beans grown in tropical Far North Queensland.
Limoncello
Fresh wild Australian bush lemons provide a sweet lemon meringue liqueur with a velvet texture perfect over ice or in your favorite cocktail. Our sunshine in a glass.
Tasting Notes: Lemon candy dominates with hints of vanilla and marshmallow. The finish is clean and bright.

Bitters
Macerated from aromatic herbs and spices including citrus peel, cinnamon, coriander seed, caraway, cardamon and clove Critters Bitters provides a complex flavour to cocktails that brings out the individual character whilst lending warmth and depth to the drinks overall profile. 200ml at 37% abv.
