Do you have to make a booking to come into the distillery?
No booking is required! We are open Wednesday to Friday 10am to 4pm Saturday to Sunday 12pm to 5pm, and you are welcome to walk in anytime during those hours. With parties with 10 or more ideally, we kindly recommend making a booking to help us accommodate you comfortably.
Do you do events and catering?
Yes, we do! From birthday celebrations and private cocktail classes to corporate function, our space is perfect for all kinds of events. You can hire the entire distillery for the full experience – including access to our bar, serving up delicious drinks featuring our handcrafted spirits. While we don’t cater in house, we can help arrange food ahead of time to make your event seamless and special.
Do you supply food at the distillery?
We don’t currently off food on-site, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own snacks, please confirm with us prior to tour arrival to enjoy during your visit.
Are you pet and family friendly?
Absolutely! We love welcoming both families and furry friends!

What can I expect when coming in for a tasting?
You’ll be greeted by either Bree, Chris or Kamil and invited to enjoy a tasting paddle featuring all our spirits, paired with your choice of soda or tonic. We’ll guide you through a tour of the distillery, chat about our process and products, and let you sample some of our limited releases. If you visit on a production day, you might even catch Chris or Kamil in action, crafting spirits right before your eyes!
What makes your sprits unique?
Out of over 700 distilleries in Australia, we’re proud to be one of just 35 that produce our own alcohol entirely from scratch. That means no imported ethanol — just honest, handcrafted spirits made through brewing, fermentation, and distilling. It’s a more time-consuming process, but it results in a cleaner, smoother product we’re incredibly proud of.
Is your alcohol made on site?
Yes! Every drop is made in house from start to finish. We also hand-bottle and label each product ourselves.
Are your spirits gluten free or vegan?
Yes, all our products are gluten – free and yes, they’re vegan friendly too!
Are your products made in small batches?
They sure are. We are a small batch distillery focused on quality or quantity, ensuring every product gets the attention it deserves.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we do! Gift vouchers are available for purchase both online and in store. They are the perfect present for any spirit lover and can be used toward tastings, drinks at the bar, or bottles to take home. You can choose the value, making it a flexible and thoughtful gift for any occasion.
